Step1:
Field Service Office uses a PC, web browser, Internet connection and a mobile device to exchange job data.
Step2:
When an order is received in the office, the job details are entered into Field Service Office and then sent to the field worker’s mobile device.
Step3:
On update or completion of a job by the field worker the altered job information is instantly re-transmitted back to Field Service Office.
Step4:
Once the job is completed an invoice can be sent to the customer automatically. The information can then be
transferred to your accounting system of choice.
