Field Service Office is priced by the month based on the number of users that you have. The system is
hosted on our servers, and access is completely via the internet. With our system,
you can rest assured that your data is secure, and with our easy pricing structure, the system can grow

How does the 14 day free trial work?

We give you full access to our software for 14 days. During this time it allows you to use the software in any way you want. If at the end you choose to cancel you wont be charged.

 

Is their a setup fee?

Nope! Nothing at all...

 

Is this a long term contract?

Field Service Office is a pay-as-you-go-service. There are no long term contracts. You can cancel at any time.

 

Can I change my plan at any time?

At any time you can change plans at the time of doing this we will redirect your request to PayPal so your payment amount can be adjusted.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

Currently all payments are made via PayPal as a subscription payment. Based on the day you signed up for the service we will automatically debit your method of payment selected via PayPal. PayPal accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard and also bank debits. We will accept a purchase order and invoice you for 1 year in advanced if you prefer.

 

Do I have to pay GST?

If your company is based in Australia. Yes.
